SmartyGrants is designed to be extremely easy to use and based on an intuitive approach to design and logic from both the applicant's and the grant officer's perspective.
The system has been designed so that grants officers can make all the changes to their application forms or grants programs without having to call on their own IT department or contact SmartyGrants for support. Of course, support is always available by phone or email should you need it.
Have as many grants officers on the system as you want. Provide access to as many users as you need to get the job done, for no extra charge.
More than enough storage is provided to run a typical grants program - or to be more specific, 50 gigabytes of storage. By our estimates that should give you at least 7 to 15 years worth of grants information.
Your online forms can be configured to match your organisation's branding, colour design and formatting.
No software or hardware installation is required - an internet connection and a modern browser is all you and your applicants need.
That said, we don't consider Internet Explorer 6.0 to be modern. IE6 is now 10 years old and later versions offer greatly improved security and functionality. We are not alone in encouraging people to move away from IE6 - Google began phasing out support for older browsers on 1 March 2010.
