Phone and email support

Phone and email support are available five days a week from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Our team will happily help you through any issue you might have. Of course our servers are monitored 24 hours a day to ensure any emergencies are dealt with rapidly.

Familiarity

While training and support are always available, with SmartyGrants little training is needed due to the intuitive and familiar nature of the system and the extensive and continuously updated online help tools.

Custom training

Initial training is provided as part of your first subscription payment. Our instructors can arrange additional onsite training for any number of people at a very reasonable rate.
