With SmartyGrants there is no limit to the number of user accounts you can create to access your subscription.

External assessors

Grant external (or internal) assessors limited access to your account so that they can only assess the applications assigned to them. External assessors are given access to a simplified interface making it easier for them to carry out their tasks.

Multiple access levels

Set each user's access level individually. Users may be given permission to only view applications or access a program but not alter its settings, through to being an administrator who can see and do everything.

Set permissions globally or per program

You can specify a user's access to each specific program or you can set their access level across your entire account, it all depends on what you need to achieve and the easiest way for you to do it.
