Our weekly Q&A sessions run in an open, relatively informal, discussion-based format. As such, the sessions are not recorded. Explore the inner workings of SmartyGrants in these guided online training experiences. Learn how other organisations use the system and get FREE access to dedicated time with a SmartyGrants Trainer. These sessions are available all year round.

These sessions will not be recorded. We want you to be in the moment here in real life, and in colour. Everything discussed in these sessions will stay in these sessions. That being said, please take care to not share any personally identifiable information if you do decide to share your screen.

After registration, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. A few days before the Q&A session, your Trainer will send you some instructions on how to access the Q&A session via Microsoft Teams. They may also clarify any details regarding your questions.

You do not necessarily have to ask a question to come along. Go ahead and book in below at any time. Please note, attendance caps apply. We will endeavour to do our best to answer your questions during the Q&A session. However, in some cases, we may need to follow up with you via our other support channels following the session to fully resolve them.
